We are going to be outdoors, among native plants, talking with NCSA board member Charles Miller and others about the role native plants play in maintaining biodiversity and stormwater capture, why this matters for our changing climate, and what we can do about it, both as a city and as individuals.

We will also announce the happy soon-to-be beneficiary of our demonstration project to convert a yard with a high-water-use lawn to one with drought-tolerant native plants and rain-capture features!
